Easy to use
It’s extremely helpful. I find her techniques are right on the money and work. Been using her cassettes from anxiety and depression for over 10 years I believe. Wanted from panic to power because she refers to it a lot and I knew it also be very helpful, and it has. My 37 year old daughter has been using her also for years. She sees how it is still helping me. She helped save my life to be very frank.
