  The seller shows a lot of grain in half a wooden teaspoon of Kefir. This is not what I received. I received between 5 to 7 grain of kefir pressed so hard in a cheap small Ziploc bag that I could not even wipe them off the plastic bag. Krfir needs to be in milk and needs oxygen. I reached out to the seller and asked if she can send me more but in a different container and she refused. What does is to receive the same damaged packages !!   These are very strong, robust grains!! I do advise paying extra from tracking info. There is no way it should have taken 5 days to get this from McAllen to Dallas but it did. But the grains themselves?? Excellent!!
