Foot scrubber
This is my 3rd foot scrubber. My last one I bought from this company. I'm handicapped, so can't wash my feet without it. I suggest turning them upside down to dry , as mold can develop if the water stays in the bristles,

This video has fun dancing steps and music, and my lab work from my Dr. shows it has helped lower my blood pressure, blood sugar, and I've lost weight.
It's enjoyable exercise!
