Great refurbished product, low battery life
Great product, glad I got it refurbished because it is basically the same as new except just cheaper! Came with a few dings on its wand, but getting a warranty gives me the peace of mind that I can always get it fixed if something goes wrong. Only thing is that the battery life seems much shorter than reasonable...less than 30 minutes on the auto setting and less than an hour on the eco setting. Maybe it's because the battery is old? Unsure, but will be looking into that. Overall, would recommend.
