Pricey but worth the money
2 of 2 found this helpful Amazing results for pain, relaxation, meditation, anxiety and overall wellbeing. I am your classic Type A personality with my share of aches and pains for daily overuse of my muscles and joints. This mat work wonders for calming, pain relief and overall well being. My daughter, who is a labor and delivery nurse, was visiting and she tried it out with some skepticism. After spending about 15 minutes on the mat she fell in love and plans to purchase one as well. With her job she has high stress and on her feet for long periods of time. This will be a lifesaver for her. This mat is expensive, but worth the investment if you can afford it.
