Delightful reading!

Life has improved!!
I have taken thyroid medication, and suffered from anxiety disorder for many years. Ancient Minerals Magnesium flakes have improved my life in four distinct ways.
1. Instead of waking three or four mornings a week flooded with sensations of dread, I now have the experience only three or four times a month.
2. My memory for recalling numbers has improved dramatically(i.e. Addresses/phone num)
3. I noticed much more now when I am tense which reminds me to relax and breath.
4. I am having normal bowel movements for the first time in 25 years.
