This is a simple yet effective way to work towards a healthier meal plan. Easy cooking and recipes make this a must have book for someone with is borderline diabetic and wants to get their health under control and it also helps in weight loss which goes hand in hand with diabetic conditions. Must say paid not a lot but this is great for a beginner to a experience diet planner.

Ok reading would i recommend to buy if you are a real Beatle fan maybe buy
appears to be concise correct information however he wrote the book because he was not a Beatle and this is his way of making some funds off their fame. He could of as well not written the book no info is new that is out there.

Arrived early, moist, not too dry but dry enough to give it a kick and not overly hot. It was the right balance in pepperoni that one seeks for a snack while you are out on the trails hiking. Recommend for value and taste. Would order again.
