A piece ofjunk

Did not operate at all. The top came completely of one of the grinders the other one did not function at all. I even took the batteries out because I thought that may be the problem. However, when I put the same batteries in the TV remote the operated perfectly. So that is why I gave this purchase the rating that I did.

Does Not Do The job

It does not remove fingerprints from the screen; when you wipe in a circular motion it just smears the screen. I do like the idea of the individual packets; makes it easier to use the product, but the formula is not strong enough to do the job.
