Seam Failure
The item was received quickly. Several days later I spread the cover out on the pool and several days after that we attached the straps. As we rolled the cover onto the reel I found that one of the seams was completely separating . I called the company and was told to send in a sample. The envelope and mailing cost $10 and I had to send a check for $10 to cover shipping. This wiped out much of the price difference between this and other company's products. Of course this doesn't cover my time in spreading out the cover, trimming it to shape and attachment of the straps, and now I have to detach the straps and dispose of the cover. An altogether bad experience. I do have to admit the replacement cover came quickly but quality control seems to be sadly missing I n the first place..
