Good product for the price.
For about half the price of the Hoya HD PL filter this is the next best thing with pretty good quality.

As in old saying: "You get what you pay for".
Not smooth at all. They pull skin to the point of pain, and, you guessed it - they have a trouble cutting hair. They feel like used blades, only I through out used original blades that are in better condition that these, being new. I tried; now I know.
