Repower source for portable chainsaw mill
Retrofit this engine to a portable chainsaw sawmill, replacing the 2cycle chainsaw with the Briggs 4 cycle 19.5 HP. This engine is great. Offers more power, lower operating costs, runs quieter and is electric start. Love it. After initial testing on the mill, I now have it back in the shop for additional carriage and bar oiler improvements. Can't wait to get it back in operation.

Great product
Love Deep Red stamps. Always give excellent, clear impressions and are easy to clean.
Gave this stamp to a friend as a gift. It was well received.

Husqvarna 235 Chainsaw - Excellent saw for the money...
Purchased this saw specifically for incorporating into a DYI firewood processor. The 14" bar and chain makes it safer than using my hand held 24" chainsaw. I have several Husqvarna chainsaws and have used them for many years now without having too many problems. I do find that the newer models, with computer ignitions, are a little more difficult to start but they seem to have more power. I have adapted a hinged mounting plate to the saw so that it can be rocked up and down at the end of a log trough. I use it to very quickly cut branches and small diameter wood to 18" lengths for my maple syrup boiling arch. Since getting this 235 I have cut more than 7 cord of small firewood without a problem. Just keep it well maintained and keep a sharp blade and it should last for many years of good service.
