these are firm and spikey.

The dimensions are a little different from stock.
they are thicker and shorter by a half inch and the spacer is a little shorter too. I made they work though.

Not fluid head, false advertising.
The head is not fluid head as advertised on the box. Pan and tilt are sticky and jerky, don't expect any usable pan or tilt video footage. It will work for small cameras performing static shots or stills on the cheap. Do not buy if you intend to pan or tilt in video recording mode.
