Calm, simple adventure picture that doesn't insult a child's mind when engaging its imagination.
This is a very enjoyable picture that is based off of a classic children's story. The entire film is made with the kind of sincerity that is not often appreciated these days. There are times that the animation is not as vibrant as many of the Disney pictures released in the same decade, but this is still animated well nonetheless. I say that this is wholesome and gentle entertainment that is great fun.
