Not what I expected
9 of 10 found this helpful I've been using this product for years, and it was wonderful. This batch was awful, and I did some googling - the manufacturer changed the formula. It is a totally different product and worth absolutely nothing. If you've ever used Chi Silk Infusion, you might want to try TRESemme or BioSilk. Those aren't as good as the old CHI, but that isn't available anymore.
