    Natob82 is one of the most communicative eBayers I have ever dealt with. He did excellent service on my JVC HR-9800U that was having issues with tapes not loading/getting stuck and grinding noises while fast forwarding and rewinding. The timeline from start to finish was very quick, and was extremely well packaged for return. Additionally, I had some questions after getting it back which he helped me with and even paid to have me ship it back so he could re-check everything. Thanks!

    Nate is a true professional, my broken JVC-9600U came back looking and working like new and he kept me informed every step of the process. The packing he did for the return trip across the country far exceeded the mediocre work I did when I sent it to him. Turn around time was surprisingly quick. 1 week to ship, about 2 weeks for the work (he ordered parts and did extensive bench testing) and 1 week on the return. Couldn't be more pleased. Images coming out of this machine now are tremendous.
