  Item was listed to be in "Excellent Condition" but it is MAJORLY yellowed and has gunk in the hinges and the remote is completely non functional. I reached out to the seller multiple times and they have not responded. Charged over $80 in shipping on a label that cost about $40. I understand it is a hard time to be a seller but not even bothering to reach out or try and make it right is unacceptable.

  I responded IMMEDIATELY to all of the buyer's correspondence and I was willing to honor the refund as agreed upon. The unit sent to "highlido" was clean. The remote just needed a battery. He claimed that it was majorly yellowed which is not the case. He was comparing it to another unit of a different vintage. There was a tiny bit of dust in the hinge area that I noticed when the buyer sent photos. The shipping was according to Ebay recommendations, and the seller knew the cost upfront.
