  Amazing customer service. At the time of ordering, I had thought it cooled down enough to purchase ladybugs. Unfortunately, it had not and none of my original shipment survived. I reached out showing proof I did grab the ladybugs within about an hour of the delivery and the seller had resolution figured out by the end of that day.
