My new favorite 12ax7
This is a very low-microphonic tube, very "clean" for a 12ax7. Amp is noiseless on startup. Seem to have a bit more headroom than your average 12ax7 and have a nice compression and breakup to them. Perhaps a bit more compressed than a standard Mullard reissue 12ax7 imo. I decided to go with 5751 in v1 and v2 of JVM to tame it but was impressed by these. Far warmer and more organic to my ears than Chinese 12ax7s which sound fizzy and kinda harsh to my ear. My new favorite newer production 12ax7/ ECC83 tube that work well in all positions.

Thin, stiff, great attack
I've tried hundreds of different picks over the years and these are excellent. About the size of a Jazz III XL. Thin but stiff. The .88 will barely flex at all while playing hard, I prefer these for crunchy riffs and solos on electric. The .73 will flex a little but still has great attack and bite/brightness, I prefer these for flat-picking on acoustic but are also great for electric. Ultex-type texture, good for grip even if ur fingers are moist. I prefer a softer or flimsier pick if I'm strumming a lot but these work well for all of my needs and balance the warmth of Elixir Polywebs nicely.
