Disappointed customer

The product is good and is of good quality, but the colors are nothing like what is shown on the pictures. It states that there are multiple colors which is true, but there were many duplicates even though it clearly says there is 50 skeins. Mind you, I did buy 4 packs in which I thought I was getting 4 duplicates but 1 from each pack. There are a lot of colors I have not seen ever which was surprising. I can honestly say I will not be purchasing again. I did expect better. Thank you for your efforts though.
