Micro Valve Barb
1 of 1 found this helpful They are small ball valves that work with standard airline tubing. The picture shows the handle you turn in blue. Mine came in solid black. If given a choice I would have chosen blue. It just makes them easily visible.
If you watched the DIY King Brine Shrimp Hatchery video, these are the valves he recommends.

UP Aqua Shrimp Sand
1 of 1 found this helpful I really like it for my shrimp nano tank. I gently filled the sand with water to just below surface level, then put my Cuba moss in with tweezers. I covered the sand/Cuba moss with a piece of bubble wrap (saran wrap would have worked as we'll). I then gently filled the tank...pulled out the bubble wrap...NO DUST!! It buffers to 6.8, plants stay put, shrimp love it...I'm a happy camper: )

Exo-Terra Terrarium Lock
This is the lock ET makes to lock a terrarium. If you squeeze the left side button you can easily break the tumblers so no combination is needed. I have it in my classroom, and one of my middle schoolers broke it on the 4th day. However, if you don't have the cable through the 2 holes on the ET Terrarium, a large snake or lizard could easily push the 2 glass doors open...so I had to buy a replacement lock.
