Active Kefir Grains!
If you want a great starter for making kefir, look no further! This is my first time making kefir and I am so pleased with how this kefir culture is doing. The grains are growing steadily and making great kefir!

Not a comfortable bra. Good support. Good price.
Offers good support but material is thinner than other bras I have had. The stitching where cups are sewn to straps irritates the skin. For the value it works. I would not recommend however just because its not a comfortable bra and I believe its possible to have comfort and support because I get that in a Bali bra. Cushion straps are important as well as the support.

I cant tell that its been helping me.
I bought this thinking it would help with candidiasis. I dont see any benefits so far. It has been 3 weeks at least. We'll see. Maybe it takes longer?
