Just Okay
I bought a refurbished model. First Anker sent the wrong one, but they were great about replacing it... maybe the nicest customer service ever. The "wrong model" worked perfectly but had a slight hum.
The replacement works well about 98 percent of the time. Occasionally, my devices act like they are unplugged, so I have to reboot or fiddle with device manager in my Windows 10 Pro.
I keep plugged in my Targus USB 3 docking station, a Logitech mouse, Brother label printer and cell phone cable. All connect fine every boot. It is just the occasional disconnect that bothers me. That is the only reason it is not a five star.
Don't expect the charge-only ports to provide Quick Charge 3.0 results; they only provide regular charge speeds and, of course, no data.
I wish I had kept that wrong model. Still this product is incredibly convenient. Yeah, I would but it again. I would likely get a new one.

So far, so great
0 of 1 found this helpful Setup was easy. I didn't get a disk with my purchase, but the quick start guide was easy to follow. Performance: My WIFI N is 100% compared to what used to be 65% to 77% strength at various locations. AC is very fast, running faster than the speed of my subscription even 25 feet and through a wall from the routher, although one of my smart phones only shows 65% (N is 100% there). I am really pleased. Be warned, however, it is a big router, twice the size of my old d-link.

Big Fan of Houselabels
Maybe the best way to evaluate a business is how they treat you when you have a question or issue. I am a big fan of Houselabels, not only because of the quality of their product, but how they responded the one time I had a problem. Maybe the customer (me) wasn't right, but they did what was fair.
