Great Unit but Design Flaw

I am a 76 year old female and did manage to assemble this product. However, it does not "snap" together as easily as shown and you better have a good rubber mallet to pound it into place. I don't know who designed the cross shelf supports (shaped like long U's) that we're supposed to bolt into place, but there's NO WAY to get your fingers into the U to put the bolt in the side hole and hold it there while twisting on the nut. I finally resorted to a very long pair of industrial tweezers to get the bolt in the hole and press it there until the nut was twisted on. Not easy! If the U was a bit wider, it would work better. That said, the shelf unit is exactly what I needed and I am happy with my purchase.
