If you have an appliance that you love or would be too expensive to replace and you are a little handy, I recommend this service.
We have a 20 year old Kenmore range and stovetop that we love. After it started to not heat to temperature and become a little glitchy I did a little investigating. Before I sent in the control board I checked the elements as well as the thermal sensor with an ohm meter to make sure they were not the problem. It turned out to be the relays on the control board as well as the oven door light switch (I recommend that you check the oven light switch first.) Within six days of sending it from Florida to California, one day turnaround I reinstalled the board and everything works as it should. If you have an appliance that you love or would be too expensive to replace and you are a little handy, I recommend this service. My advice would be diagnose the problem to the best of your ability and contact them. They are not ones that communicate very much but that would also save their time with people just wanting advice. All in with shipping both ways and even the oven switch $127. Much better than an $1100 new stove. Thank you for this service.
