  Wife opened garage door today and golf cart is parked about a foot away from the door and blocks the view from the road or walk up the sidewalk to the front door. Low and behold three packages were placed in front of the garage door. NO emails from UPS or USPS since they never delivered them and I haven't talked to the new mail lady but I believe she is suspect. My thought, why not leave a sticky label on the front door depicting your action. Merry Christmas to you. 2 inches of rain fell, LOL.
