Perfect for my needs, & a friend needs one. Has USB-3 on front panel for fast fackup to external storage.
These computers are very clean. Hardly any scratches, and no dents. Seem to function like they should. Not sure why it asked if this was a small form factor. It is a MT. The MT in the description means "mini-tower". I personally do not want a SFF computer.
The MT has 4 memory slots. Can use 4GB or 8GB ram sticks, and up to 32 GB total.
It came with two 4GB sticks.
Now - The bad. The hard drives have 35,000+ hours. And CrystalDisk Info shows them with a warning that they are going to fail. However, I allow for that. I don't expect to buy a used PC for $100 and get a new hard drive. If I had paid $300 or so, I would not be happy.
They will probably be upgraded to Solid State drives.

G7-2320DX Keyboard with Frame
The quality seems good. I was able to repair an old laptop with a defective keyboard. Beats throwing it in the recycles. This is an OEM keyboard, so I figured it would be best in the long run.

Very handy item for a desktop PC
This is my second one. I like the idea of being able to write data to a regular 3.5" hard drive and then remove the drive and store it safely. One could even take the entire drive and store it in a lock box at the bank.
These have a power switch which is good. If one would want to just leave a second hard drive in the PC and turn off the power, it won't be spinning for no good reason. (Of course not the boot drive.) But for keeping backups.
Remember: The data that you only have one copy of, is data that you don't care about... Hard drives die, and people cry...
Someone stated that this item would not work in their Dell Optiplex 760. That is wrong. They will. You just need the proper screws.
