I would buy again if it's cheap like a couple of buck but not at full price
This lip gloss is ok it's not really flavorful at all. I do like the shine and color. Not sure what the rush is about I have bought cheaper lip gloss that has had more flavor.

It will work
The only bad part about this is the neck part. Your neck has to be really small for it to fit so I will have to tie a string around it some kind of way so that it can fit right around my clients neck. But other than that it's big enough and sturdy enough and it is even long enough. So for the price yes I would buy it again.
