Weak spring
Works as intended, but it's a bit finicky due to it's rather weak spring (you have to hold it just right).

Great Board
While the installation was a bit daunting (basically a heart-transplant but on laptops) the unit worked great and I appreciated the heatsink and lower board that came with the motherboard.
