OK - but slow process

Yes - used before - it does work, but you need lots of regular applications !

ESC seems OK so far

This brushed ESC got my old, but much liked, `glider' back into the air. Power train is a `hot` 540 car motor, 3S Lipo, 2.65:1 gearbox. Measured years ago at 23 amps. I use a small battery for the RX. So, so far, so good :-) 4* as it is early days..

GP brand batteries - probably better quality

These button cells look and work fine. But as with all batteries, the test is for them to have good capacity and not leak over their full life span ..... so I cannot determine that at this early stage.
