Works
Used it to split signal between monitor and TV. TV signal looks good but monitor has ghosts and not clear. Not sure if it's the splitter or connection on back of tower. Still troubleshooting it. Best part was the price!

Didn’t want to replace entire head unit just because USB stop working so dug around and found this faceplate, problem solved for dirt cheap!
