Tiene fugas y no ajusta

Al colocarlo y agregar el coolant al radiador comenzó a tener fuga, al momento de ajustarlo para detener la fuga el efecto fue peor, se desgastó el hilo de la rosca. Espero tener una buena respuesta de la empresa ya que no es posible que esto pase
