Buy this book
Great information for stretching and strengthening your core. Easy to follow exercises that work for beginners and experienced exercisers.

Great bird house
This is easy to put together, I love that it divides the inside into six "rooms". It looks great in the garden.

Nice looking in the garden
These are smaller than ones you can get from other stores so make sure you know what size you are buying. I have a set of larger ones and the contrast in size looks good in the gardenl. I only gave them 4 stars because a couple of the stones were not attached and I had to buy glue and re-glue them. Other than that, all is good.
