Rock-solid, fits perfectly, heirloom quality.
Sturdy & well-built. Exact size for all my bits. I was tempted by the Harbor to buy a complete set of bits IN a case for the same price, but the reviews of the bits were terrible & the cases fell apart. Glad I went with this rock-solid index. Oh, and the holders are covered with helpful facts like the exact diameter of every bit in thousandths. Very satisfied.

I can't see how this could possibly work, and it doesn't
I understand the promise: connect a thumb drive with music (mp3) on it directly to the 1/8" aux input of an amplifier or car radio.
Ignore the fact that there would be no way to select a music file or start or stop the play. The big question is what could possibly provide power to the thumb drive? Input is always high-impedance and can't provide enough power to operate flash memory.
Sure enough, attaching a 2GB thumb drive to this cable and plugging it into my car stereo or my Roland Microcube amplifier, no power is provided to the thumb drive, the LED doesn't light up, and there is no sound produced.
Maybe with the 4-conductor TRRS plug, some device (iPod?) might provide phantom power, but not that dash-mount car stereo shown in the pictures.
Like another reviewer suggested, it was a gamble, but a foolish one. Well-packed and quickly shipped, though. And it does LOOK stylish.
