not even 1 mile range for me
1 of 2 found this helpful I am still looking for a long range walkie talkie, this one says 50 miles and I did not get even 1 mile. I live on city in Miami FL, plain flat land, tried and did not even get 1/2 mile the most I got was 10 blocks max. Does any one knows of a real long distance walkie talkie? I am tire of this false advertising, they should explain to details the terrain you need to be to get those 50 mile ranges, and should have a table to compare to flat land ranges.
I am very disappointed, I previously purchase a 30 mile range and got me 5 blocks distance now another junk 50 miles that got me 10 blocks distance.
