    it did arrive on time
    however the alarm goes off when ever it feels like it. It DOES keep good time though I bought it for the alarm. I bought one exactly like this before and it worked great. I guess I just got a bad one I HOPE

    this does NOT have any eggect on my pup. I felt it and it just tingles and slight vibration. NOT for energetic pups. WASTE of my money
