The Best!!
I have used wella color touch developers and colors for years and there is nothing better on the market. If you want shiny hair, healthy looking hair this will do it for you. I have used both developer volumes depending on my needs and always have phenomenal results. The products are very easy to mix and apply and go a long way. I highly recommend!
