works like a charm
i mainly use this with the real gopro version but i use the gopro mount in the outside of a car and this one inside so i cant really tell you if it will fall if you mount it ouside, but i can tell you that it stays on with no problem at all, but if you do put it outside remember to clean the outside of the car or anyplace you put it and put a little bit of water on it. and than tie a little rope or shoelace on the mount and tie the other side inside the car somewhere.

bought this cause i just got into digital art and i dont like have friction on the ipad while i draw and i hate using palm rejection so this helps me a lot.
