Exercise bike as leg strengthener
2 of 2 found this helpful This exercise peddler was advertised as a post knee Surgical recovery tool to regain strength and flexibility. The pedals are jerky and with each jerk the pain travels through the leg. There needs to be something which smooth the pedals out so that there are no jerks. The good thing is it pedals forward and backward but not smoothly and I'm not able to use it for the purpose that I purchased it
