17 of 18 found this helpful The Roomba is great - when it wants to be! I love how you can schedule it to automatically clean and it goes around the open surfaces of our home. However, every 4-5 rounds it cleans for 10 minutes instead of an hour and doesn't even check every room. Of course, this can be managed by supervising it's cleaning run but my point of buying it was so that IT would do the vacuuming and I could work from home. When I notice this has happened, I put it in a room it missed, close all of the exits and hit "spot" and it will go around the room and heavily go over every area. This is particularly good on rugs when cleaning up the leftovers from our long-haired black cat. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. It is easy to clean and lets you know when it needs help. It also knows its way back to its charger, assuming it has battery life, which is fun to watch. :-)
