  Ordered a Gucci belt. Seller sent a defective belt with no loops to tighten belt. Tried to correct but seller not helpful. EBay helped with refund.

  I dont think this person understood english very well, they never sent a photo of what they were trying to say was WRONG with the belt, when in reality the back part was broken during shipment. Buyer never once showed any damage of the belt. Person has communciation issues
