Great device awful website
1 of 1 found this helpful The Garmin DriveSmart 50LMT-D is a big improvement over its predecessor that I owned, another well-known brand,.The voice alerts are clear and precise and in good time, graphics are excellent and lane advice is good. Just a shame that the website Garmin Express, is not very user-friendly nor are the support staff, I spoke via the chat line to "Phil" who obviously got bored talking to an OAP and just disappeared. Don't worry Phil, I sorted out the problem myself. I feel that the problem now with SatNavs is that companies are losing interest in portable systems, hence the attitude and disappearance of some extras. Shame about that as I am well pleased with my device.
