Continental Elite 4060855 Poly-V/Serpentine Belt
Jul 24, 2019
No more Squeaky Belt
I had a brand new belt from another brand and it squeaked like crazy. You can hear it down the block. I replaced it with this one and the squeak was immediately gone.
ACDelco 10-5073 Power Steering Fluid 32oz (Pack of 3) for Chevorlet GMC Cadillac
Jul 31, 2019
Just want the doctor ordered.
This is the required fluid for my GMC Power Steering pump. Probably others will do but I'd rather stick with the original even if it's a little more expensive. Worked great to flush out the 9 year old fluid in there.
High Limb CS-48 Rope-and-Chain Saw
Nov 29, 2017
Love this saw but needs patience
I've been using these high limb tree saws for at least 15 years. It takes patience, practice, and luck to use it properly. It will bind and it will cause the bark to tear if you don't make a double cut, especially on a big heavy limb. If I'm cutting down a limb with a lot of branches on it, I cut off all the thin branches and work my way down the branch to the main trunk to prevent tear out. This reduces the weight of the total branch and allows for a cleaner cut on the main trunk. The more wobbly the branch, the harder this saw is to use. I also keep the blade sharp and lubricate with chain saw oil before each cut. My final suggestion is to knot up the rope near the actually saw. The metal clamps on the rope do not hold well when the saw binds. I've literally saved over $10,000 using this saw (with the help of a pole saw and chainsaw) to take down and trim trees on my small yard.
