Not a sidewinder adapter.
The title of the product implies it can be used with old gameport joysticks (namely Sidewinders). So far I've tried it with 2 different sidewinder joysticks and it doesn't work with either. If that's what you need this sort of converter for, go for something else, like necrowave's gameport adapter (needs to be made by hand). If you have a use for this specific device other than using gameport joysticks on modern computers, there's nothing physically wrong with it and it should work fine.
