Unhappy Owner

We bought a pair and are extremely unhappy with them. There is no base or treble control. There is no volume for mic so you can't hear singer in Karaoke. When using two they are constantly out of sync. Bluetooth connection cuts out constantly, especially if you walk between the speaker and the device.
