Outside gym YES!!
I’ve taken TRX classes & these are the same quality as if I were at the gym. It’s great to be able to use them on the go. I actually lock it into my trucks rear door and I workout on my lunch break. People say I inspire them. Maybe I can inspire you to buy this piece of equipment. You won’t regret it.
