Hits my hood

Bought this strut bar for a 2001 Honda S2000 got it on and bolt up and looked awesome went to shut my hood and my hood didn't shut right opened my hood back up and and has a little dent on the bottom in both sides where the brace hits my hood. Tried to contact the selling and got back to me one time and won't respond again.
