The Genuine Artcle at a good price
Bought 2 of these as we have 3 tanks and, when combining the postage at this price it was spot on.

Ditch the electric airer - This Is Better Than We Thought
EBAC 2650e
We wanted an airer for drying clothes indoors, perhaps one of those £40 electric ones from Aldi/Lidl that some “Internet Influencers” seem to think are worthwhile. Mrs M thought this was a great idea, and I was going along with this thought until I thought about it.
Drying clothes indoors means that you are making the atmosphere damp, and hence increasing the potential for mould in the house, which is already a small issue here. The drying process of clothes means that you are reducing the level of moisture in them, and so, thinking long term, I started to research EBAC De-Humidifiers.
Having purchased the E2650e, we are amazed at how much latent moisture there is in the house, and best of all, by placing a standard clothes airer in close proximity to the 2650e, it partially heats the clothes as well as removes the moisture.
It’s not a massive source of heat but put it this way, a medium load of laundry is dry within 5 hours of hanging and the moisture is caught by the device and not the carpet/walls etc.
It does make a humming noise, even when on the low setting, but it’s no worse than some Personal Computer Fans. It’s compact and fits under a dining table with ease.
And now to the BIGGIE.
Economy: We were, with the price hikes, hitting £8 of electricity use each day with the tumble drier running once. By using the E2650e our daily electric bill is back down to under £5. In effect, the E2650e will pay for itself in less than 90 winter days. Plus, the air in the house is much drier, so much so that when going into a room that has been closed off from it’s effect, I can physically sense the difference.
Don’t buy an electric airer from Lakeland for £140. Pay £270 or one of these and feel the benefit in more ways than just dry clothes.
