Soft
It's very soft. My daughter's eczema is terrible, but the towel doesn't scratch it or anything. No problems so far, washed ok.

Well written and engaging
I'm only up to the first chapter, but I will probably forget to review it if I don't do it now! So far it's very easy to follow, and the author tries to be "relatable" - although this doesn't work very well with me as they reference American sports quite a bit, which isn't something I'm interested in! That doesn't really stop it being interesting though. I usually find statistics very dry, but they do manage to make it sound "sexier" and they try to fit in a few quirky jokes here and there. Although I'm only up to the easy bits (i.e. averages) the way it's written makes it seem like I'll still be engaged when they get to the harder bits at the end. If you've always thought statistics felt a bit pointless in school, then I bet this book will convince you otherwise. The size and friendly writing style would also make it a good book to put by the toilet or something you'd read in your leisure time (i.e. I think it could be as enjoyable as a decent fiction book, but it isn't something you'd find hard to put down so it won't be a massive distraction from real life like Harry Potter was when I was a child)

It feels sturdy enough. I haven't used it, it was a present for a passionate weed puller. He says it is very good.
