Excellent pro swivel
A very good tool for the practice of boxing.
It's extremely fluid, and gives good motion to a heavy bag, a slip ball or a double end bag. I use it for all three at home, and I am glad of my purchase.
I change bags easily thanks to te use of karabiners. The swivel is large enough to give you that possibility.
It looks very solid too. I use a 110 pounds heavy bag with no problem and I think that swivel could hold more weight.

Nice tool for boxing practice
A nice tool to work on slipping punches. Built to last with good leather. Comes with a long enough solid chain. Heavy enough to allow a nice swing, You have to push it yourself from time to time to make it swing.

Good tool
Great on a wood floor.
Allowed me to put it just under the parquet level.
Using other bags with the same swivel, I barely feel it under the feet. The round buckle is very soft.
Of course, you'll have to dig a hole that will easily welcome the metal ring to enjoy it as I actually do.
I recommend it for double end bags
