Exactly what you'd hope for it to be.

Works just like it should. On a real Impres charger it will need to be reconditioned, but it plugs right into my XTS-5000 and works as it should, for a price point that isn't going to make me take out a loan for a battery. If I ever decide to buy more batteries for this thing I will buy more of these.
